Refund Policy

At Take Flight Studios, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality digital services. Because each project is custom-built and collaborative, our refund policy is designed to protect both your investment and our creative process. If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of the work, we encourage you to request revisions within the scope of your agreement. We aim to resolve concerns collaboratively before considering refund options.

Eligibility Requirements

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
•     Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any design or development work has started, a full refund may be issued.
•     Non-Delivery of Services: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
•     Failure to Meet Agreed Milestones: If we miss key deadlines without communication or cause, we will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
•     Change of Mind After Work Begins: Once design or development has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
•     Completed Work: If services have been delivered as outlined in your agreement, no refund will be provided.
•     Client Delays or Inactivity: If a project stalls due to lack of client communication, content, or approvals, refunds are not applicable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@takeflightstudios.ca with:
•     Your full name and project details
•     Reason for the request
•     Any relevant documentation or communication
We will respond within 5 business days and assess your request fairly.
