Every project follows an hourly production schedule, including review time. A clear timeline of your production schedule is provided with your estimate, including a breakdown of tasks and completion targets, so you'll know exactly when to expect your new website. You can follow along on the status of each task in Project HQ.

We aim to make the process as seamless as possible. We accept Interac E-Transfers, which is the preferred method for most of our Canadian clients. We also accept major Credit Cards through a secure payment link. All invoices are sent digitally and include a clear breakdown of the work performed.

Project HQ is a private link provided to you upon acceptance of an estimate. The link leads to a secure client portal where you can view a breakdown of your project's tasks, including the current progress status of each task. Project HQ is also the primary way to communicate with us during a review or to address questions on the fly. In this way, we give you the option to stay in the loop right from the start, or check in when you want.
